*When using our Standard Delivery service, certain European countries may require the receiver to pay duties and taxes, but rest assured if this happens our customer service team is on hand to help and arrange a full refund of any charges you have received. For our EU customers: We want to assure you that due to the new trading laws post-Brexit, you will not incur any unexpected costs such as additional customs taxes and duties. For our customers outside the EU: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover these costs.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a click-and-collect pick-up service.

Please send an email to info@voyex.co immediately. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. After receiving your order, you can initiate a return for any unwanted items.

Please send an email to info@voyex.co immediately to change your delivery address. Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.
